Inadequate feeling on your facial area is pretty serious. First, I would like to suggest contacting your otorhinolaryngologist (the physician who performed the UPPP procedure). Sorry, I can not answer your question accurately, because my knowledge about cranial nerves is not well in depth enough to provide you with a solid answer; but I can give you these links to two great otorhinolaryngologists and they do have a web page where can submit your question and they would love to answer your question.

its when a person snores allot and they do surgery on you for you no more snore like im 13 and my doctor is telling my mom about this snoring surgery for me cause i snore when i sleep

it depends on what is causing your snoring.
the most common one is Uvulopalatopharyngoplasty or also called UPPP which is the method of removing the uvula and pharyngeal arches
