Stop Snoring Remedies

Has anyone had any success with the Stop Snore Ring ( http://stopsnorering.com )? Please, no worthless BS answers from those who only “think” it is or might be bogus. I would like answers only from those who have actually had experience with it (tried it before or knows someone who has tried it before). The Stop Snore Ring is quite inexpensive, so I would prefer to start there in finding a remedy, before looking to more expensive snoring aids or seeing my doctor.

1) Do not sleep on the back.
2) Do not eat or drink directly before going to bed.
3) Do not eat foods rich in fat or salt.
4) Avoid alcohol.
5) Loosing weight

you know the ones that you put in your mouth at it opens up your jaw a bit. i see it online but does anyone know of a store that sells them in toronto? thanks guys
