You may have sleep apnea. A sleep study will let you know. It helped several of my clients. (I work at a group home)

Lol! Hilarious. I tried to do that with my boyfriend. Buy ear plugs, I swear they are the best investment towards sleep I ever made.

What do you think? Answer below!

Question by shermynewstart: Has anyone tried out the Brrokstone’s pillow to stop snoring? (part II)?
Only been one night, but so far, so good. Quiet most of the night & snored softly when he did. I’m a light sleeper.
Brookstone….sorry.

I have never heard of that pillow. Is it spelled Brrokstone or Brookstone? My fiance used a Breathe Rite Strip last night, but it didn’t do what it’s supposed to. (it usually helps, maybe it fell off. ~lol~)

Question by Jenni R: I snore and want to stop it. I’ve tried several remedies and nothing works. HELP!!!!!?
I have tried losing weight, snore strips, with alcohol, without alcohol, two pillows (from three), one pillow (from two), Snore Extinguisher throat spray, staying on my side while asleep, allergy medication, generic benedryl, and prayer. My boyfriend has to sleep out on the couch because it gets so bad and it makes me feel horrible. Please help!
I’ve tried the nasal strips and they don’t seem to help I’ve tried them by themselves. I have even tried vicks with the nasal strips, to no avail.

You have to go see your doc to find out what is causing it. Snoring normally has a medical cause so go see your doc and get tested for things like sleep apnea and sinus problems so the doc can tell you how to take care of it.
