I have not heard of that product and this may sound crazy but buy you or whoever a new pillow. If the head is not properly supported it will cause you to snore. I use to snore bad and bought a new pillow and now im quiet.

I tried a bunch of the tried and true methods. If it is not a CPAP machine, It does not work for me.

If you have medical insurance have your doctor refer you to a place for a sleep test. You will be glad you did.

It turned out that I stopped breathing (literally) 52x an hour.

Since I got on the machine, my life has changed completely.

Question by Sin=dy: Has anyone used a snoring strap or mouth guard ?
I have a mouth guard I got for snoring but keeps falling out during the night…..has anyone tried the strap that goes over your head and under your chin? It’s supposed to keep your mouth closed so you can’t snore. I don’t want that big breathing machine, so I need something else!
