my boyfriend have this problem and i would like to sleep better ..so what is the best snoring cure?

I breath reallly loud when i sleep and i snore a little bit so how can i make myself not? hha like is there a medicine or anything i can do before i sleep that will prevent this ?

HI,
First of all, please dont try to sleep in separate room because this might make ur relationship with ur husband not close as it shud be soon. Wife and husband shud slep together because this is part of the mariage .
my suggestion;
1. ask your husband to sleep in different position.
2. dont drink alcohol before sleep
3. avoid heavy meals before sleep
