Stop Snoring Remedies

My fiance is fed up with my snoring. I need suggestions. I don’t have the money right now to buy fancy pillows or pills, or anything like that. I just need at-home remedies that will help us both have a restful night!

Yes there is surgery for sleep apnea, and it works in most (but not all) people. The problem is that it is often not a permanent solution, so most opt for nasal CPAP. Go to a sleep clinic; they will have the latest information.

and the nasal strips dont work and I havent found a spray that works that well either.

I live in an apt with 3 girls and when i get really drunk is when i snore the worst. when im sober its off and on. Ive noticed certain positions HELP but i worm around all night so there no telling how im going to wake up
do those breathing strips on tv work? change my diet? magic pill maybe?

He’s going at it pretty good. He seemed to start this about a week ago.LOL
