Stop Snoring Remedies

I have a bad snore and have been put in touch with the narcolepsy association, but I still don’t know if my snoring and tendency to nod off during the day constitute a case of narcolepsy, or sleep apnia, or if they are the same thing.
If it is narcolepsy, then the site can maybe help, but if its not and its something else, I clearly need some alternative information from a different source.
Can anyone advise?

My Husband whom I dearly love snores so loud that it is so disruptive that I have not a good nights sleep in so long that I am about to snap!!!!! Sleeping in another room is out of the question as I have tried and it only ends up in an argument and resentment and hurt feelings and no better nights sleep because I can still hear him….. LOL… So anyone out there give me some help…Thanks!

hi im going on holiday with my friend in 6wks and she snoring really badly, im going to get myself ear plugs but does any one no what ones would be the best and if there is anything i can get her (nose strips/pill/etc) to stop her from snoring. A girl needs her beauty sleep and its sooo loud!

I agree with Hammy. Your Child should see a specialist. She could have Allergies, or have tonsilitus, or other swelling to the throat. People who snore often do not get good REM sleep due to episodes of apnea(periods of no breathing). This Rem sleep is Vital to good health Especially in a child so young. You might look also for possible allergens in your home…pets, plants, foods, all of these are possible offenders.
