I don’t think so…If I am correct, it can actually worsen snoring. It may cause obstruction in the airway because the airway is not properly aligned. Sometimes an obstruction can cause snoring. Having the right amount of pillows and the right elevation can help relieve snoring.

I snore pretty loud and my husband says I grind my teeth. He wakes me up atleast twice a week and he is fed up! I either have to sleep on the couch or sleep at the end of the bed.
